Tree condition surveys and hazard assessments

Services

Under the Occupiers Liability Act 1954 & 1980 and the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974; treeowners have a legal duty to ensure that trees on their property are safe and do not pose a threat to users of the property, employees or users of adjoining land.

RTAC will assess the condition of your trees, identifying current and potential hazards and defects and providing a prioritised treework programme to enable you to schedule works when convenient.   Surveys will be tailormade to suit each client's requirements and the size and type of the site.

We can also provide long-term managment plans for large sites or woodlands.

We have carried out surveys for private homeowners, golf courses, schools, churches, nursing homes and universities ranging in scale from 10 trees to several hundreds.

Thanks for being explicit with your suggestions, helpful time scales as well.'
