RTAC was formed in 2009.  Liz Phillips is the director and she has worked in the arboricultural industry for over 15 years as a tree surgeon, surveyor, local authority tree officer and consultant.

She is a member of the Arboricultural Association - Liz Phillips TechArborA.

  • NPTC chainsaw & treesurgery qualifications
